it's been too long. time goes running.
I have so much in folders, bookmarked, etc; pictures, notes. I must get it all on here. But for now, there's this.
ARTLIFE LIFEART. Beauty in the street. Art is everywhere, whether made by someone's hand or occurring just by being.
While walking in Oakland late at night I found a plastic bag that was ripped and contorted and thickened in a way, it had become another sort of being. I traced it on a wall and painted it. I was going to go back and touch it up just a bit, as the perfectionist I am, but it was gone before I saw it in the light. The bag is in my car right now, being its art self. I'm not finished with it yet.

Sylvia Sleigh, what can I say? Bravo then and bravo now. Bravo for all time. RELEVANT.
Most of the pictures below are screenshots taken from a short video about her on the youtube channel The Canvas:
A DIGITAL SKETCHBOOK OF NOTES; a record of what I'm looking at and working on.
To document, muse, unravel, remember, remind, brainstorm, inspire, process, acknowledge, and journal.
